The Writing

Life happens pretty quickly these days. Before we have a chance to analyze what just happened, we're already on to the next thing. It's probably important to slow up the train sometimes, pull out our magnifying glasses and take a closer look at what life is really trying to tell us. And there are probably great writers who can help us understand just what it is exactly that we are to make of all of it. I am not one of those writers. Instead I prefer to speed along ever faster and make inane observations of things I barely have left myself time to understand. If that sort of thing appeals to you then please to enjoy what you find below.

The Vote

It is truly impossible to overstate the importance of the vote that is going to be taking place later today regarding Justin Trudeau’s attempt to enact the Emergencies Act, and equally impossible to over stress the Canadian Press’s complicity in allowing this vote to even be considered. If the MSM or legacy medias so called ‘journalists’ were interested in doing their job, they would be fighting tooth and nail to expose the truths and possible consequences of this Acts potential passing and they would be holding Trudeau responsible for his actions.

The fact that they don’t do their job is why there is so much disinformation in Canada. Their complete dereliction of duty is the only way a government and our Prime Minister can run so roughshod over an entire countries Charter of Rights, without once being asked just what the hell they are doing, by the press. The press are an integral part of a democratic society exactly because they provide the checks and balances that assure a government be held responsible to it’s people. The press’s job is not to decide which governmental policy to support but to report on policy and prevent government overreach. Not one journalist throughout the history of the press, would even pretend that being in bed with the government is a possibility, while fulfilling one’s job as a member of the press.

Yet the Canadian press continues to fail the Canadian people massively. They should be disgusted with themselves for the way they have behaved for the last many years. Their consistent attempts to publish and support only the governments ‘official’ information under the pretext of protecting us from misinformation, is repugnant. And their coverage of the events of the last month are the most shameful yet in their shameful recent history. To continually ignore the Prime Ministers tyrannical behaviour towards his own citizens is beyond inept journalism. Their reprehensible attitudes towards those of us that are fighting for our rights as free human beings is galling enough but how do they possibly excuse not holding Trudeau accountable for his words and actions. Instead of being in the face of government everyday, demanding answers to the questions that concern Canadians, and not taking ‘No Comment’ for an answer, they choose to question nothing and report only what the government tells them, as though it is fact. As if this issue, amazingly, only has one side. And then spend the rest of today writing articles about the contempt they faced by those whose opinions they ignore, misrepresent or outright lie about.

On the brink of this historic vote to turn a Democratic country into a Dictatorship, they should be screaming at Canadians to Stand Up for their rights. While explaining in every way possible what this decision would mean for the protection of our Democratic laws and rights. Yet instead, they continue to turn a blind eye to the sanctity of a Democracy while parroting the government talking points, and treating opposition as radical extremists. Trudeau is already on record as having stated his respect for Dictatorial governments for their ability to make policy “on a dime” because of the “flexibility” they are provided by Being a Dictatorship. Now he is stating that a vote against his completely nonsensical attempt to enact the Emergencies Act is: “indicating they don’t trust the government to make INCREDIBLY MOMENTOUS and IMPORTANT decisions at a very difficult time.” He is literally stating that the policies that he himself sees fit to enact on the Canadian people are too important to be left to the Democratic process. He is literally asking his cronies in government and equally importantly the “free” press, to allow himself, alone, to decide what is best for us all.

And the press are in full support of this declaration of war, against us all, and are happily reminding us that this is “only temporary” as their way of “stemming the flow of misinformation.” They are taking the position that enacting a State of Emergency, when there is no emergency, should not be considered a breach of public trust because it can only be enacted for 30 days, by law, unless the “emergency” continues. When, again, there is no current emergency. Although many in the press have tried to make the point that the amount of misinformation being spread online is in itself, an emergency. Seemingly an emergency that is not going to go away UNLESS our government is allowed to make sweeping changes to our censorship and internet laws in order to completely shut down any information from being shared which is not state sanctioned. Or unless all citizens that remain unvaccinated and fighting for their human right to choose and protect their bodily autonomy are forced, by law, to be vaccinated. Certainly their logic that the “emergency” might end can be pursued and the government let it lapse, once all dissenters have been silenced and reformed. Is it possible that these policies and many more may be made law by Trudeau, without opposition? You’ll have to rely on your common sense to figure these issues out. Your Canadian media doesn’t think it’s important to consider it.

The fact that we live in a world where there is even a debate as to whether or not this vote should pass and be enacted, is the direct result of our derelict legacy media. Our press, that refuses to do it’s job as it’s self proclaimed voice of the people. I do not believe there is one human being in Canada that can not be led to understand the issues that are at stake right now for every Canadian. I believe that all but a few, when shown directly how this government cannot be allowed this power, would stand up for the rights of our Democratic society against all threats, but instead of using their voice to educate their followers, the people of Canada, they shockingly have turned Canadian citizens against one another and continue to lie directly to the people and tell them that all those who do not agree with this horrendous abuse of governmental power and human rights, are, In Fact, far right seditionists, intent on toppling our Democratic government – and the irony is not lost on them. They simply know it will be lost on those who trust them. Those who trust them, because they could never believe that any person could be so bereft of integrity as to lie to their faces, when the very definition of their job is to tell the truth.
